Self Defense

In our self defense classes you will learn the skills, techniques and develop the confidence to defend yourself if it should ever become necessary. Most students find that even after one class, they feel more confident, knowledgable and prepared should an unexpected situation arise.

The Staley Self Defense course takes a unique and progressional approach so students of all athletic abilities are able to master the self defense techniques.

Self Defense is offered in Self Defense 1 for beginners and Self Defense 2 for advanced practitioners or those who have already completed the 8 week sequence of Self Defense 1.
