Self Defense-Ages 15 and Up

Throughout this class students learn basic self defense moves to submit an attacker and make their way to safety. The class will evolve to more advanced self defense skills. It can be taken by itself, but for optimal results, we recommend taking self defense in conjunction with regular practice of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, the "gentle art" where the smaller individual can subdue a larger opponent with the use of leverage and technique and one of the striking classes (Muay Thai, Boxing or Taekwondo).
