Kickboxing/Muay Thai

Our Kickboxing & Muay Thai class is designed to help you get in shape quickly while learning real self defense skills. It is an intense workout focused on learning and developing Kickboxing/Muay Thai fundamentals and techniques through partner drilling and padwork. Teeps, checks, clinches, kicks, elbows, punches, and knees are some techniques that will be put together and demonstrated during class for our members to drill in order to learn the proper balance and mechanics of practical combos.
