18 Months-3 Years
The toddler wolves learn how to roll, how to fall and recover, the very first steps in every martial art. Of course an adult guardian will help their child during the class.
The focus in these classes is discovering the movements, the space, and helping to develop motor skills. The class is a wonderful bonding experience for parent/child or grandparent/child.
3 1/2-5 Years
The little wolves learn how to roll, how to fall and recover, the very first steps in every martial art.
The focus in these classes is discovering the movements, the space, and the possibilities that our body and mind give us. Enjoying the class with our partners, always under the supervision of the teacher. Basic movements, learning to fall safely and the basics of rolling.
Ages 9-14 Wolverines:
The kids are prepared for advanced level competitions and begin mentoring other members of the Wolfpack. They are broaching a pivotal point where they can eventually evolve to the level of a Black Belt and are prepared mentally, physically and emotionally for the responsibility that comes with that level of expertise.
Adults Ages 15 and Up
Classes are offered for adults of all ages and skill levels from basic introductory courses up to advanced Black Belt students. The instruction is catered to the individual students skill level, physical abilities and personal goals.
Class sizes are small and always offer a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Ages 6-8 Wolverines:
They continue to develop martial arts and life skills. They have developed to a high level but will continue to refine their skills and improve their techniques until they reach a level of mastery.
These classes focus on the complexity of movement and interaction with partners to achieve a common goal.
Throws, jumps, falls are learned and trained to a advanced level. Students learn discipline, focus and respect for themselves and others.
