Gustavo Rudel is a World Champion in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Pan-American Champion in ITF Taekwondo a Professional MMA Fighter and previous Olympic level Greco Roman Wrestling Coach.

 

Professor Rudel, an accomplished Black Belt in four different martial arts, is Program Director at Staley Martial Arts and Head Instructor for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA.

 

Professor Rudel has not only won a World Championship in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, but has trained two others (male and female) to win World Championships in BJJ. His most recent accomplishment was coaching an 12 year old at Staley to win the silver medal in the Pan-American Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Championship.

 

Professor Rudel has dedicated his life to teaching, coaching and competing in a wide variety of martial arts. His long list of accomplishments include winning Pan-American World Championships in ITF Taekwondo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and coaching numerous other students to compete at international level competitions. Prior to joining Staley, Professor Rudel taught international seminars in BJJ and ITF Taekwondo in 6 different countries including the United States, Brazil, Spain, Argentina, Mexico and Uruguay. He has advanced degrees in Physical Education and is fluent in 3 languages.
